Association and Store Relationship Notice
Version: 2026.09.08 DRAFT Proposed effective date: [VERIFY: Trustee adoption/publication date] Applies to: organamicro.com
1. Parent association
Organa Micro is a private membership association and the parent organization behind the Organa Micro™ product ecosystem. Organa Micro conducts public-facing information, appointment, pickup, delivery, and Member-only product activities under the applicable instruments.
For this notice, “Association” means Organa Micro.
2. Website and storefront roles
organamicro.comfunctions as an informational website for the Organa Micro™ product line.organamicro.comfunctions as the member-only ecommerce storefront for Organa Micro™ products and related goods.- Organa Micro™ identifies a product brand and product line, not a separate legal person.
- The Association serves as the Store seller of record unless the checkout page, invoice, or order confirmation expressly identifies a different seller of record.
3. Membership admission at Store checkout
PMA membership exists only after completion and acceptance of the Association’s membership-admission process and Member Agreement. The Store checkout is configured to present that separate admission process to an eligible Applicant.
A website visit, mailing-list subscription, customer account, product registration, or abandoned cart does not create membership. At checkout, an Applicant must affirmatively accept the Member Agreement, tender the required one-time Membership Fee and first product-order payment, and receive Association acceptance as provided in that Agreement. The Membership Fee is separately disclosed in the first order, is subject to the tax treatment displayed at checkout, as applicable, and is waived when a valid Association-issued fee credit is applied. A submitted order without the required membership-assent record must not be treated as membership acceptance or as an accepted Store order.
The Member Agreement and Association governing instruments control in the event of a conflict with a Store instrument. Store Terms of Sale, payment, shipping, returns, and product-warranty terms supplement the Member Agreement for product-specific subjects to the extent consistent with it and with nonwaivable law.
4. Intellectual-property structure
Organa Micro™, associated logos, website content, product materials, and related intellectual property are owned by the applicable rights holder or used by the Association under lawful authority or license.
No website access, purchase, account, registration, or membership status transfers intellectual-property ownership. Any authorized member, reseller, affiliate, or licensee use remains subject to the controlling written authorization.
5. No authority to bind the Association
No visitor, customer, purchaser, member, reseller, or third party may represent authority to bind the Association unless a written instrument signed by an authorized Association representative grants that authority.
