LIMITED WARRANTY
This written warranty is designated a Limited Warranty.

2. Covered purchaser and Product
This Limited Warranty applies only to a non-perishable tangible Product or component that the current listing or order expressly identifies as covered. Fresh, refrigerated, prepared, and other perishable food offerings are governed by the current quality, cancellation, credit, replacement, and refund terms unless the listing expressly states otherwise.
Proof of purchase may be required. Product registration is not required when other reasonable proof establishes purchase and coverage.
3. Warranty period
The applicable Product listing or warranty statement controls the coverage period. If no written warranty is identified for an offering, no separate limited warranty is promised beyond rights that applicable law makes nonwaivable.
4. Coverage
This Limited Warranty applies only to a non-perishable tangible Product or component that the current listing or order expressly identifies as covered. Fresh, refrigerated, prepared, and other perishable food offerings are governed by the current quality, cancellation, credit, replacement, and refund terms unless the listing expressly states otherwise.
For a covered non-perishable offering, the warrantor promises that the Product will materially conform to its written description and be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the stated coverage period.
5. Exclusions
Coverage does not include damage or loss caused by improper storage, temperature exposure, contamination after opening, misuse, alteration, ordinary wear, loss or theft, use after visible damage, or failure to follow current labeling and Instructions for Use. No Product that appears unsafe or compromised should be consumed.
6. Claim procedure
A warranty claim should be submitted through https://organamicro.com/contact-us/ with the Customer name, order number or proof of purchase, Product, delivery date, defect description, and photographs reasonably showing the condition. No Product should be returned before disposition instructions are provided.
7. Inspection and remedy
After reasonable review, the warrantor may provide repair, replacement, or refund of a covered Product, subject to applicable law and the written warranty. A remedy will be completed within a reasonable time after the information reasonably required for evaluation is received.
8. No charge for covered remedy
No fee will be charged for a covered remedy. No prohibited tie-in purchase or branded service is required to preserve coverage.
9. Fresh and perishable offerings
Fresh, refrigerated, prepared, and other perishable offerings are not covered by this Limited Warranty unless the current listing expressly says otherwise. Quality, safety, cancellation, credit, replacement, and refund issues for those offerings are governed by the applicable listing, order terms, Shipping Policy, and Returns and Refunds Policy.
10. Nonwaivable rights
This Limited Warranty does not exclude, restrict, or waive a remedy or liability that applicable law makes nonwaivable.
11. State rights
This Limited Warranty grants specific legal rights. Additional rights may exist under state law.
12. Pre-sale availability
This complete Limited Warranty must remain available through a conspicuous link on every covered Product page and at checkout before purchase.
