Shipping Policy
Version: 2026.09.08 DRAFT Proposed effective date: [VERIFY: Trustee adoption/publication date] Store: organamicro.com
1. Seller
Organa Micro, a private membership association, fulfills Store orders unless an order confirmation identifies another seller or fulfillment party.
2. Preparation and fulfillment window
The preparation, pickup, appointment, delivery, or shipping window displayed at checkout or in the order confirmation controls the specific offering.
Fresh and perishable offerings may require a scheduled pickup or delivery window and may not be available outside the displayed service area.
3. Fulfillment methods
Available pickup, appointment, delivery, and shipping methods, charges, and estimated windows appear before order submission.
A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date unless checkout expressly identifies a guaranteed service.
4. Shipment timing
The Association maintains a reasonable basis for each stated shipment period.
When no shipment period is stated, shipment will occur within the period required by applicable law.
When timely shipment becomes unavailable, the Association will send a delay notice containing:
- the revised shipment date or a statement that no revised date is available;
- a cancellation option;
- a prompt-refund option; and
- a practical method for communicating the Customer’s choice.
No substitute Product will be shipped without consent.
5. Tracking
A shipment confirmation containing available tracking information will be sent to the order email address.
Carrier scans and delivery records provide evidence but do not automatically defeat a documented loss, misdelivery, theft, or carrier-error claim.
6. Address accuracy
The Customer must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
An address correction should be requested before shipment. A change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
A reshipment cost caused solely by an incorrect Customer-supplied address may be charged after disclosure and approval.
7. Delivery problems
A missing, misdelivered, or delayed package should be reported promptly through the Store contact page.
The Association may require:
- order number;
- delivery address confirmation;
- carrier claim cooperation;
- a reasonable waiting period for a carrier trace;
- available photographs or delivery information.
Available remedies depend on the documented facts and may include carrier investigation, replacement, or refund.
8. Fresh and perishable product condition
A Customer should inspect a fresh, refrigerated, or perishable offering promptly after pickup or delivery, follow the current ingredient, allergen, refrigeration, storage, and use-by instructions, and contact the Association promptly if the product is damaged, leaking, warm when refrigeration is required, mislabeled, or otherwise unsuitable.
A product that appears compromised should not be consumed. The Association may request photographs, temperature or delivery information, and the order number to investigate a quality or safety report.
9. International orders
An international Customer serves as importer of record unless a written order term states otherwise.
The Customer remains responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and local assessments imposed by governmental or carrier authorities.
Customs delay remains outside the Association’s direct control after timely and accurate shipment.
A refused or abandoned international package may be refunded only after return, less lawful nonrecoverable shipping, duty, brokerage, and carrier charges.
10. Return or disposition instructions
Fresh, refrigerated, or perishable offerings must not be mailed back unless the Association gives written instructions. Follow the current Returns and Refunds Policy and any product-specific direction.
